How much is it to rent a party bus? 

The rental rates depend on the date, time, and pick-up location. The day of the week plays a part in party bus rental rates. If renting a party bus during the week, the rates will be lower than renting on the weekday. Saturday’s party bus rental rates will be higher than all other days of the week. The peak season is March through May. This is when party bus companies book out in advance. So, make sure you book your buses early if looking to rent during these times.

Where are clients picked up during their party bus rental? 

Clients will be picked up from a location given in advance. We service Austin, TX, to San Antonio, TX. When you book your party bus, you will need to provide a pick-up location. Designated stops could be sent to us before the arrival date if not 100% confirmed yet. We ask that stops be forwarded for your party bus reservation a week in advance to make your trip smoother. You can create multiple stops within your time frame.

What times are you able to rent a party bus? 

Party buses rent 24/7. If looking to rent a party bus at night, you will need to be picked up from your location before the 10:00 PM cut-off time. We do not take night reservations if not picked up before 10:00 PM.

How do you book a party bus? 

To reserve a party bus, you will need to place a $300 non-refundable deposit towards your reservation. The $300 is NON – REFUNDABLE under all circumstances. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have placed a $300 non-refundable deposit with Red Star Luxury Transportation and received a confirmation. A confirmation will be sent once you are booked. Please check over your confirmation once received to ensure that all information is correct. Quotes are not considered a confirmation for your party bus rental.

What is the Party Bus cancelation policy? 

The $300 is non-refundable for any reason, including COVID. The remaining balance is due in full if canceled one week from the reservation date.

What if there is bad weather for a river or float trip? 

If you have a river or lake trip booked that cancels, you can take the bus on a brew or winery tour and dinner. We do not cancel party bus reservations due to weather.

Can I bring food or alcohol on the party bus? 

We like our party buses to stay as clean as possible for our clients. Food is not to be eaten on the bus. We do allow for food to be transferred through as needed. Alcohol is permitted on the bus as long as clients are over 21. Red Star follows all state laws and regulations for the past 11 years in business. We 100% have a 0 tolerance for alcohol consumption under 21. We will terminate the ride immediately with no refund, and parents and law enforcement will be called.

Booking a party bus for prom?

We book up in advance for prom dates from March-May. Please make sure to call in advance to book your party bus. April Prom starts booking dates as early as January. A parent will be required to be a contact on file for all prom reservations. Large bags and purses will not be allowed on the bus. Our drivers do have the right to check smaller purses before being brought onto the bus to ensure no containers, etc., are brought onto the bus. Drinks that do not have twist-off caps are allowed, such as canned sodas and sparkling waters.

What areas do your party bus service? 

We service Austin, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Wimberly, Driftwood, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Schertz, San Antonio, and Bulverde areas.

Payment options? 

There will be a 3% credit card processing fee if paying by credit card. We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash apps, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash.

Can we bring coolers? 

There are built-in coolers on all of our buses. You can get smaller coolers on the bus, though, if you would like.

Music/Radio Connection? 

The buses are equipped with Bluetooth connections. We do recommend bringing a connector, though. Some iPhones do have a hard time connecting to the device.
